If you're having trouble accessing your EasyMail Premium features, it might be due to occasional glitches with the Windows operating system or the Microsoft Store app. But don't worry—these can be easily fixed with a few simple steps.
Why Might This Happen?
Sometimes, EasyMail may not receive the correct license information because:
Microsoft Store Sign-In Status: The Microsoft Store app might have signed you out automatically.
Corrupted Microsoft Store Cache: The cache may hold outdated or corrupted data affecting license verification.
Easy Steps to Restore Your Premium Access
Follow these steps to get back to enjoying all your premium features:
1. Verify Your Microsoft Store Account
Open the Microsoft Store app on your device.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Ensure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase EasyMail Premium.
2. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache
If you're signed in correctly, resetting the cache can resolve underlying problems.
Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Type
WSReset.exe
and click OK.A command prompt window will appear—no action is needed. It will close automatically after about 30 seconds.
The Microsoft Store will reopen automatically once the cache reset is complete.

3. Reload Licenses in EasyMail
Open EasyMail on your device.
Go to the Settings menu.
Navigate to the Premium section.
Click on "Reload Licenses" to refresh your license information.
